Andrew was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington where he graduated high school from Bellarmine Prep. He went on to play baseball at Tacoma Community College before transferring to Central Washington University to finish his Bachelors in Exercise Science. Andrew has been a trainer with Innovative Fitness Gig Harbor since 2014 where he finds great satisfaction in guiding clients, of all abilities, towards their health and fitness goals.
Andrew has a passion for the game of golf and is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute. Outside of the gym, if you can’t find him on a local golf course, he’ll likely be spending quality time with his fiance Bella and their dog, Molly, or family and friends. Come train with Andrew!
Bella has been training athletes since her undergrad days in Colorado and now enjoys training those wanting to better their health through all seasons of life. She studied Exercise Science, became a certified personal trainer, and then went on to become a licensed massage therapist. She loves being able to combine training and massage therapy to further her clients’ goals.
Outside of the gym, you can find Bella enjoying Gig Harbor with her fiance and dog, summiting mountains, running, and cooking. Come train with Bella!
Cindy began her fitness journey at 19, with weight training becoming the core of her approach. Cindy has taught all types of fitness but her current focus is on weight training, helping clients build strength and improve their body composition through effective, personalized routines. As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Cindy is passionate about helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. She’s dedicated to guiding clients as they work to build muscle, lose body fat, and stay accountable. Cindy is ready to help you push past your limits, transform your body, and unlock your full potential.
Outside of the gym, Cindy enjoys traveling in her sprinter van with her husband and their two energetic Huskies, Rock and Juno, exploring the outdoors. Come train with Cindy!
Max enjoys helping people succeed in the gym, goal setting, and creating healthy habits! Max achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University and looks forward to helping clients exceed their personal health goals.
Outside of the gym, Max likes to spend time cooking, golfing, doing anything outside, and spending time with family and friends. Come train with Max!
Jason is ex military and a former bodybuilder with 20 years experience as a personal trainer. Jason believes his background of bodybuilding helped him become a better trainer and build more clientele. Jason pushes his clients and helps them reach their personalized health and fitness goals.
Outside the gym, you can find Jason spending time with his wife and hanging out with his pack of dogs. Come train with Jason!
Scott was born and raised in Tacoma Washington, where he met his wife Brittany and had his 3 daughters; Hayden, Paisley, and Avery. Scott has been a trainer at Innovative Fitness for 6 years now. He takes pride in giving his clients what they need to be the most successful in their health and fitness journey.
Outside of the gym, Scott likes to spend time with his girls, play golf, and watch sports. Come train with Scott!
As a dedicated personal trainer, Mary focuses on strength and resistance training, creating personalized programs that promote sustainable results that enhance not only physical strength but overall well-being. With a certification in behavior change, she is a true partner with her clients in helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. Mary believes in the power of building healthy habits that transform all areas of life, boosting confidence along the way. Having someone who genuinely cares, holds you accountable, and helps you push through plateaus can make all the difference.

Grace is from TriCities Washington, where she participated in playing multiple sports growing up which led to her pursuing a degree in exercise science. Grace went to school at Northwest University where she also played collegiate basketball for 4 years.
Outside of the gym, Grace enjoys going for runs, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family. Come train with Grace!
Jordan developed a passion for fitness at an early age, participating in various sports and outdoor activities. He loves helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. Jordan played collegiate basketball for a year at TCC, then transferred to Central Washington University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Jordan obtained his certification by the American Council on Exercise Academy (ACE) and began his career in personal training.
Outside of the gym, Jordan enjoys fishing, hunting, snowboarding, cooking, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family. Jordan is always open to new ideas and adventures. Come train with Jordan!
Savannah grew up in Tacoma, Washington and went on to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a Minor in Psychology from Washington State University. As a certified personal trainer she enjoys building solid relationships with her clients while pushing them to reach their health and fitness goals. Savannah believes that the time with her clients is so important not only for their physical health but their mental health as well.
Outside of the gym, you can find Savannah spending time with family, cooking together with friends, and watching her little nephews play sports. Come train with Savannah!
